Steps to follow to delete your account on the website

To delete your account from CarGest, follow the following steps:

• Log in to your customer profile
• Go to the Profile tab
• On the left side, click on the Account button
• On the screen, you will see the "Delete account" button
• A message will appear asking you to confirm if you want to delete your account
• Once accepted, your sensitive data will be removed from our database

What data is delete and deletion times

Once the user has decided to delete their account, the data that is deleted from the database is as follows:

• Username
• Email
• Credit cards
• Profile on invoices
• Vehicles
• Password

We will maintain the following data for internal occupancy/usability statistics, being completely unrelated to the user:

• Stays
• Balance top-ups
• Reservations
• Events
• Invoices
• Operations carried out

All this process is done automatically when the user deletes the account.
